Auction House - Why the lack of response from EA moderators on the issue?

Alright, so I have been reading post after post that comes in regarding this AH ban.  If everyone spent as much time actually playing the game and grinding as they do complaining and posting on this forum, you'd probably have a way better team by now that was actually earned.

I'll be honest, I can't even relate to almost all of these complaints as I don't even use the AH.  Instead, I grind for every player that I earn and haven't had a set or goal that I wasn't able to complete.  I've been able to regularly score maximum points in the league vs. league, I'm able to get in the top 10% of H2H challenges, and I've obtained finished in the top 1% of every single weekly tournament so far.  All of this and I haven't even needed the AH.

So I have to ask, really, what's the big deal?   Why are you acting like you can't play the game at all because you can't access the AH?

@nay1017  I wasn't suggesting that you shut up.  If you read my post, I'm simply asking why in most of these posts people are saying that they can't play the game and the lack of AH has greatly impacted them being able to do anything.

I understand that AH is an avenue for buying low and selling high to obtain coins in a longer strategy of purchasing players to better your teams.  However, someone saying that they can't play the game anymore because AH isn't available is a bit of a reach.  I'll agree that it's an inconvenience at most, but it has no restriction on game function and play.

I'm also not defending how EA is handling this whole situation.  I agree that a blanket statement should be made on what actions were taken and what can be expected while accounts are reviewed case by case to determine if the ban was correct or not.  Leaving loyal players in the dark is never cool and I agree with you on that statement.

As a group, the people that are experiencing this issue should post in a single thread so that it gets the largest amount of activity and responses.  This should help in having EA not being able to ignore the issue.  However, there are many users that continue to post individual threads and not saying that it gets lost, but if EA is monitoring these threads, then it's much easier to identify a heavily active thread vs. many small threads.

@nay1017  point taken.  I didn't think about how some sets cannot be completed and where the AH could be leveraged to complete those sets.  I completely understand your frustration now and thank you for reminding me of that important detail.

You must not be a long time player of the game to say you don't need the auction house to improve... If you want to play as a casual player then no, you do not need the auction house... However for me this is my third year.. My first years team was 95 end of season. last year 105, this year I was already at 100 and that was simply because of a lucky card I received and then sold in the auction house for a lot coins... That allowed me to spend time buying up players needed to train... 80,000 training points between a 99-100 player is a lottttt of gold players man... I am also trying to stay competitive as I run a league in the top 500.... This is becoming impossible as leagues we play have guys with 105 overalls already, 102's in the weekend tournament, and h2h... I am already behind the competition and I have no chance to level up, except for the daily packs that come at 6am..... Once again, its a lottttt of gold players for me to gain just 1 level.... In the 3 weeks I have been locked from the auction I have only managed to level 2 players up from 99-100 with gold players from packs... It sucks... I spent time to get good and now am being punished.. You clearly would rather play casually, where I took more pride and effort in playing this game in particular... I do not play anything else

The sad part is this is EA's website.. They have people posting on here asking them questions. I have sent out emails with no answers.. MOderators here clearly see the posts and know this.. Just in every aspect they are dodging people.. How sad.. Most forums with a moderator who probably works for the company would have the respect to stop ignoring its player base and at the very least provide an answer... You are acting like some small potato corporation when in fact are supposed to be a leader in gaming and... I would have thought support.

@hc206  - i'm a long time player and have simply been able to achieve similar (in some cases better) results as you.  I was a 106 last year and have already reached 97 overall this year without the use of the AH.  To say that I must not be a long time player just because I don't need the AH is just a silly response.  In my last few responses I agreed that the AH has it's place, but doesn't prevent you from playing the game, which is a true statement and a fact.  In my most recent statement, I agreed with @nay1017 that I could see the value in the AH to complete sets that had live events and store packs no longer available.

All of your "goals" or "results" are valid for what you are trying to do.  I have not and am not knocking those goals.  Congratulations on getting to 100 overall with your team this year and for being so lucky to pull a card worth so much.  I applaud you!  

No matter how you look at it, there are obviously players that have cheated the system by farming coins in a non approved method by EA.  It's not for me to judge who those players are or aren't.  For the players that have done this, I completely agree with the actions EA has taken and in my opinion, I would not give the AH back to those players.  For the players that were found guilty by association, it's unfortunate and I can understand their frustration. I, like many of you, hope that EA is able to identify and resolve those scenarios.

In regards to your last comment. You are entitled to your own opinion and therefore so am I.  If you have being playing this game for 3 seasons and are dependent on the AH to achieve the overall rating you are, then you clearly don't know how to grind and play this game.  You and I have a different definition and level of pride and effort.  I have more pride in the fact that I can accomplish what you can, and without having to scout the AH to buy my players.  You obviously pride yourself in the fact that you can purchase your team, which isn't wrong.  We're just on completely different levels!
