Bug - screen goes black when tackled on rushing plays

When you have the chance would you mind running through some troubleshooting to see if it helps? We have some steps for both iOS and Android devices:

Hi Kent,

I've been dealing with the same issue. It seems to be happening after every rushing play on offense and after every play on defense. The screen will just go black and often times I need to hit the phone's back button repeatedly just to get back into the game. I play Madden Mobile 21 on a Samsung S20.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. The app is up to date. I've tried various visual settings in the game and I've canceled all of the battery saving modes on the phone. I've cleared app cache, restarted my phone, and everything else that can be found in the troubleshooting page you referenced but no avail.

Is there anything else you can suggest (other than abandoning this game altogether)?

Does it matter which playbook you're using? If you haven't already, can you try switching to a different one to see if that makes any difference at all?

im dealing with the same issue if it cant be fixed def deleting the game.

no i have the note20 ultra

@EA_Blueberry if when screen goes black if i press the back button on my phone screen comes back for a micro second then black again it is extremerly frustrating

A Black screen appears between plays on madden 21 mobile. I'm unable to select a play and keep getting delay of game penalty.
