I have to log in 10-12 times a day. If I leave the app for 5 minutes, I have to log in again and give my age. This use to be just when a new update downloaded or something but now it is every time I leave for a minute. Is there something in my settings that is wrong? I talked to my league and nobody else has experienced this and I can’t find any other topics with this issue. I have force closed the app several times.

If you play other EA games it's important to link the correct account. I recommend contacting our Support team so they can verify which email address you need to use if you also play other EA games like Madden on console so you have both properly linked up to maximize rewards.

I don’t play any other ea games. I linked this account to my madden mobile account. Still having to log in constantly. Shakily I file a report somewhere or check with Twitter or is there a chance someone here can help?

We're not able to make any account changes here on our forums as players must go through the proper account verification steps through our Support channels such as Twitter, chat, or phone. It's possible this is device related. Can you try the steps below to see if those help out? Perhaps try changing your password at profile.ea.com. I know some players have been able to fix prompts similar to this by resetting their password.
