Thanks for taking the time to explain the situation, and sorry to hear that it's been four days without a resolution. It definitely isn't the ideal situation, especially since these days waiting could've been spent in-game.
Unfortunately, we aren't able to support account-related requests here on the forums, as we don't have the necessary tools to do so. That said, it'd be best to continue contacting our in-game support team with your User ID for assistance, as they'll have the best idea of the options available in this case.
I have at least 6 of these so far. I keep getting the same response.
I respond by saying I approve and provide my UID... yet no response until another support member responds with this again

sf9ersnum1 Yeah, it definitely isn't fun to lose access to the progress you've poured time and money into. The first picture seems to show progress; were you able to get far with the advisor there?
This is a complete joke. Told them if its not resolved today, I will file a dispute with Google and my financial provider. They responded immediately saying they added the pack to my account and they closed the chat.
Get to my account(which I mentioned to them I cannot on my device, I have to use a phone that isn't mine), and I got a madden pack.
One madden pack to make up for my team that was 3636 overall and full of mythics/iconics. Not to mention all the ttp I had saved, as well as my MC, Campus Hero tokens and players, my progress with everything else. They gave me one madden pack!
Safe to say I will be filing a dispute. Thats unacceptable.
They've given me the option already. At this point, I'll take anything. But I cant seem to get it. It just feels like im getting the run-around from them.
I figured yall couldn't help from here. Was moreso hoping someone could help escalate this situation. I spent a lot of money on my account and I grind hard everyday. To be out for 4 days really kills my grinding and hurts a lot!!
