HELP PLEASE: Jayden Daniels Up Trade Not Allowed

EA Mobile Madden Community,

On October 30, I used the Mobile Madden 26 in-game support function to report that I’d used real money to purchase Field of Fear cards that enabled me to acquire the second Iconic Jayden Daniel’s card I needed for upgrades to the Mythic Daniels card. EA support replied and stated sometimes it takes 24 hours for new players to show up and I should restart my device and the game. I’ve done both and it’s now nearly 3 days later still the game does not recognize both Iconic Daniel’s cards (see images below).

Has anyone else had this experience or more importantly solved this problem??? It seems to be a technical glitch that the game is not recognizing a whole player that I’ve paid money and spent time earning. I’d greatly appreciate any resolutions and recommendations that work.
