How can ea find my Overdrive account without the UID?

My login info disappeared on my overdrive app and when I click the login through game center option it tells me there is no existing account.  The banner for the gamecenter drops down when first opening the app so why does the app not have my account?   And why is the only way EA can help me is with my UID?  Something I never heard of until I had this issue and now I can’t access it because the only way to get it is after you login!!

    Prior to this happening did you factory reset your device or log into your device under a different Google account? 

    If you originally synced up your Overdrive game to your Google account, the progress should be recovered from the cloud. It's possible you might be logged in under a different Google user.

    Yes apple had me reset my device.  But first made sure we backed it up in the cloud.  After reset I reloaded everything from that backup in the cloud.  So my information is somewhere.  The members of my league can still see my team.  My app just doesn’t give me the option to log into that account, the app tells me there are no existing accounts in Game Center which isn’t true.  They are just not connected for some reason and it doesn’t even give me an option to login through gamecenter.  When I click login through gamecenter upon opening app it immediately says there are no existing accounts.

    Did you go from an iPhone or an Android device? You won't be able to transfer the progress unless you have the UID or linked it to Facebook since Google cloud and iClouds are separate methods of storage.

    I don’t know how much clearer I can be.

     There was no change of device.

    There was no change of device.

    There was no change on my part at all.

    The app stopped working.  Then it stopped letting me login.  Then it made my account disappear on the login page.

    My team still exists in the game.  The members of my league see my team.  I just cannot access it.  

    There is no Facebook.

    There is no Google.

    I have an Apple IPhone X.

    The Account was linked through Apple Gamecenter.

    And I do not know my UID.  So how can EA find my team without the UID?  That is my question.

    @jjsxpress 

    If you previously synced it up to the Apple Gamecenter your team should appear. My concern is that you're on a different Apple account somehow. If you were playing on guest mode before and deleted the app, that would cause all the progress to be erased because it's saved to the internal memory of your device.

    So basically because I rebooted my iPhone to try and fix the App.  I’ve now disconnected the the app from my teams progress in Gamecenter and there is no way to reconnect the two?

    Apple has said there is nothing they can do because all my memory is still in the gamecenter the issue is the app is not pulling my progress from the gamecenter.

    So is there anything I can do?

    @jjsxpress 

    Your team name can still show up for others if you play anonymously with progress saved to your device (guest mode). 

    You either were playing on Guest Mode or you are not logged into the Apple account that you previously saved to your game progress to. Without the User ID we unfortunately will not be able to recover the account.

    Did you ever contact our Live-Support for something about Madden Overdrive? If you submitted the case via in-game, it's linked to an email so they may be able to find it that way.     Ea should fix this issue by creating their own sign in and out .  Every other app or game ive played has it. Email/password

    Or a restore purchases function once he gets back in and it didnt save. 

    The cost of playing competitively which JJ spends alot being hes in at least a top 15 league now should warrant that.  Ive played with him before. 

    EA is showing they dont care about his time and money and others are seeing it in the thread
