I can't purchase madden cash on madden mobile 18

Can't purchase madden cash. Says something about Storekit transaction is already in progress. Was working fine last week and now this week I can't purchase. Anyone know what to do? I tried contacting EA but can't get the live chat to work

    Latest purchased attempt at 7:12 AM PST Sept 07, a GOAT pack, 5x GOAT bundle, 19.99 madden cash. I tried on average 5 times a day

    iOS and Andriod have both been attempted. My first post has each account name and number attached to them. The IOS devices have been an iPhone 7, iPhone SE, iPad 3rd and 4th Gen, and a Samsung LG tablet. Last attempt was just now at 11:27 EST and will attach pictures. It's been since Saturday I believe now. This attempt you see the one account I showed for example is an error on the madden cash vestibule and the pack house as well. North Carolina, Wake County U.S.A. Very first picture attached too. Amount of $100 each time other than twice tried as low as $5. Have all the pictures.

    Same error message as the rest. StoreKit purchase has not been completed. Trying to purchase the "Madden Special" at $9.99. I've made other attempts at other items and wasn't able to. This has been ongoing for almost a week.

    I've had the same exact issue as well, it's been on going for the last two days. I'll get the same error message unfortunately.
