- Anonymous8 years agoI did exactly what you said about 2 weeks ago and you guys haven’t done anything to help me. I still can’t buy cash on my account. It’s pretty rediculous. Fix this issue now or you could be losing a member for sure.

All-pro bundle - Anonymous8 years agoHello all my friends going through this same insane issue. For over a month, yes over a month as I know some of my fellas above are in the same boat, this has gone no where. How is this possible? The tech team EA has, no excuse. Absolutely none. Coding etc.. I guarantee this hasn't hit the appropriate desk or inbox for that team or probably one guy who would laugh at how easy a fix this is. Unfortunately it's not my background. Media, yes. Never went to coding. Another reason I know for a fact this could be resolved is how hard you've cracked down on coding the game from leagues cheating with bots by using your own system and algorithms to catch that building a much improved firewall. Which I appreciated because how unfair it made for a lot of people the last few years for leagues with perfect scores no matter what, always winning the events for players, hacking coins, boting through the players to the achievements. That's why I don't understand how this isn't resolved. NOW I have to jump through hoops trying to even get my accounts to work because of IOS not supporting anymore? Can we catch a break. Barry, I get your job is to gather our info and issues and pass along. The problem is, where's the paper trail after that? Is there a tech that could reach out to us as a group. Something. It's at the point where it's hard to even try anymore. Maybe it might not make sense to you completely or others but like I have said before, there are little things that I get to enjoy these days. This was always one. When you lose those little things, it makes the actually issues more irritatating. It's our getaway, guilty pleasure etc. some of us are sick and can't do much else. Some aren't the hiking or fishing outdoors type. I get it, it's a rant but I'm trying to come off as close to a human being than words on a screen that just mean numbers to a conglomerate.

This is absurd. Can't believe this issue is still happening. Won't work for me on both iOS and Android devices. I am very, very fed up. Every time I re-open my case on this issue, I get a bs response and they change it to resolved.

I’ve had this problem for about a month and EA keeps blaming Apple and then Apple blames EA so I am getting no type of help whatsoever
- Anonymous8 years agoEvery time I try to purchase the All-Pro Deal it tells me Error code: Can't make purchase while StorKit transaction is already in progress.

- Anonymous8 years agoI agree ... I’ve had the issue for over a month as well and ea just closed my case. Very ... VERY frustrating!
Sound like EA missed out on thousands of dollars or more over the last few weeks... it’s unfortunate.
