I need answers on what i can do to get it back...

For some reason one of my cards required to finish the Odell set disappeared from my items recently... I would love an answer from EA on why this is happened... I'm very frustrated with the game right now

    Sorry, it's gone. Maybe, just maybe, you can convince them to compensate you 10,000 coins, but don't expect anything more than that.

    Talk to EA. A rollback might have taken it away but I've heard of people getting it back.
