IGN not visible for other user

Hello everybody.

2 weeks ago, i've got an ingame popup.

"TOS Warning"

Unfortunately it doesn't give me any kind of additional information. I opened a support case to understand, why I received this message.

At the same time, a leaguemate told me, my IGN is no hidden behind "*******".

I've added this information to my help case. 3 days later I got my first response

Day 3:

You don't have a problem

My Answer: my username is still hidden.

Day 4:

We are facing technical Issues at EA Help. Please contact us again in an hour from now/ tomorrow

Day 5:

Please share your User ID

(I know, it's part of the information to create a Case at EA help, but ... Ok)

Day 6:

Please let me share that the images shared are un supported at our end. I request you to share in the jpg or jpeg format

(Mobile Device Screenshots in JPG format were submitted, and submitted again)

Day 7:

Please contact us via Chat

My answer: this help case doesn't offer any option to start a chat

Day 8:

Select CHAT option to start a chat

My answer: can you mark the chat option in this screenshot, (a screen regarding the contact options in my case)

Day 9:

I called EA at phone.

25 minutes waiting time

5 minutes with following result: we can't help you by phone. > They gave me the broncos badge at help answers, but we're neither able to explain why my username is hidden, nor can unhide it.

Day 10:

My support case was moved to "report a bug section" of ea help. It was originally created in account information banned account 

Day 11: 

Please use this form to report a bug. Case closed. Unable to reopen it.

What do I have to do, to get my username unhidden?

Feel free to contact me by direct message / mail to get additional information like my IGN, UserID or my Case Number.

    To be clear, is this for Madden NFL Mobile or Madden NFL 21 on console?

    If you received an in-game pop up regarding an action taken on your account from our Terms of Service team, you should have received an email detailing why. Have you checked your junk, spam, and promotion folder in case the email was routed there?

    I'm sorry you've had a lot of trouble simply getting more information around this. To give you expectations on response time, our Terms of Service team will try their best to get back out to players within 5 business days. Depending on the volume of requests and time of year, it could took a little bit longer.

    I wanted to place this topic in Madden Mobile.

    It is related to Madden Mobile.

    Neither in my EA Account, nor in my emails, including the spam and junk sections, I received an email explaining what happened.

    You are referring to ea help about banned / suspended accounts. My first EA help case, mentioned above, was placed in this section before it got moved into the bugs section and closed afterwards. 

    You are also referring to a 5 day time slot before a service employee can look at it. 

    Wanna know the 2nd part of the story?

    After the first case was closed on oct. 27th, and i had no chance to resume it, I opened a new case. It got reviewed on 31st of oct. But I haven't got any answer, yet.

    How do I get information why my username got blanked, why did I receive this warning and how can I unhide my IGN for other user.

    What do I have to do to get answer?

    Please open up a case at our Help site to have an EA Advisor check into this for you. We value account privacy and not able to discuss account details such as this on the forums. Once you contact an EA Advisor and verify with them you are the true owner of the account, they'll be more than happy to inquire with our Terms of Service team on why you were actioned. I'm sorry this wasn't the ideal answer you were looking for here on the forums, but it's the correct information to put you on the path to the resolution you need within my capabilities. No doubt, I feel for you and understand it must be frustrating to go back and forth to find out an answer.

    Well, @EA_Blueberry @EA_Messina 

    Another 4 days and nothing happened.

    My 2nd support case regarding this issue got moved into another category, too. But until today, I haven't received any response. I wrote a response myself on Wednesday, asking why they changed the category, but it seems to be ignored. 

    Until now, I'm not able to get any kind of an answer regarding this issue, neither in Mail by EA help, nor in a phone call. The Chat opportunity isn't available in my country. What's the best chance to get information why my username got blanked for others?
