IGN not visible for other user
Hello everybody.
2 weeks ago, i've got an ingame popup.
"TOS Warning"
Unfortunately it doesn't give me any kind of additional information. I opened a support case to understand, why I received this message.
At the same time, a leaguemate told me, my IGN is no hidden behind "*******".
I've added this information to my help case. 3 days later I got my first response
Day 3:
You don't have a problem
My Answer: my username is still hidden.
Day 4:
We are facing technical Issues at EA Help. Please contact us again in an hour from now/ tomorrow
Day 5:
Please share your User ID
(I know, it's part of the information to create a Case at EA help, but ... Ok)
Day 6:
Please let me share that the images shared are un supported at our end. I request you to share in the jpg or jpeg format
(Mobile Device Screenshots in JPG format were submitted, and submitted again)

My answer: this help case doesn't offer any option to start a chat
Day 8:
Select CHAT option to start a chat
My answer: can you mark the chat option in this screenshot, (a screen regarding the contact options in my case)
Day 9:
I called EA at phone.
25 minutes waiting time
5 minutes with following result: we can't help you by phone. > They gave me the broncos badge at help answers, but we're neither able to explain why my username is hidden, nor can unhide it.
Day 10:
My support case was moved to "report a bug section" of ea help. It was originally created in account information banned account
Day 11:
Please use this form to report a bug. Case closed. Unable to reopen it.
What do I have to do, to get my username unhidden?
