Whenever I enter the marketplace or my sets the game freezes but the sound still plays. I can't tap on the screen or anything so I have to close the app and reopen it. This just started happening after the update and I've tried reinstalling the app but it doesn't work.

We've received reports that Madden mobile players are having trouble connecting to the server, or getting disconnected.

I am now able to earn coins as rewards for challenges & matches however there is still an UNKNOWN ERROR crash if I try to sell any items. Thought an update on what is & what isn't working might be helpful. - Anonymous11 years ago
Thank you for the update. I had no problem quick selling any of my items so I'm not sure what the problem is.
Try deleting then reinstalling madden mobile if your account is connected to Facebook.

- Anonymous11 years agoI connected to FB however after reading so many posts about folks losing everything they've invested into a team I am very reluctant to resort to trying to delete & re-install. Also, nowhere on my FB account does it indicate Mobile Madden team will be saved. Please elaborate further about ensuring FB will keep my team saved if I proceed with deleting & re-installing.

I assure you that if your account is linked with your Facebook no progress will be lost.
If you are still unsure, you may want to try force closing madden mobile and try again each time it crashes. It is temporary but it may work for a few minutes each time.

- Anonymous11 years agoSorry to beat this dead horse: should I make sure to have the Facebook app before deleting & re-installing Madden Mobile because I currently just use safari browser for it? Does the app link to Madden Mobile more reliably than just a browser accessed FB account? PS I am using iPhone 5s w/ iOS 8 (or whichever is the newest ios).

I guess you could if you wanted to be super safe but it's not necessary.
