Lost Items

I've lost my items on January 18th. Since them I've contacted help.ea.com and a lot. They've transferred my case to "specialist" team and they are resolving my case already for 13 days. I wonder what they really do and what took them so long. 

OH and YES. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEMS BACK. 

WHAT CAN I DO? ANY ADVISES?

    Please wait for your case to be processed and try not to post in allcaps bold with a large font.

  • How Long do I have to wait? A year? A century? 

    p.s. I can bold/caps lock my post ANYTIME
