Lost Items
I've lost my items on January 18th. Since them I've contacted help.ea.com and a lot. They've transferred my case to "specialist" team and they are resolving my case already for 13 days. I wonder what they really do and what took them so long.
OH and YES. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEMS BACK.
WHAT CAN I DO? ANY ADVISES?
