Madden 22 will not open on iOS

Question

I have an iPhone SE. I have contacted EA support and they sent me here after they couldn’t get it working. I have went through all of their troubleshooting steps and nothing worked. When I open the app, it starts to load, gets to the loading screen and then says, “unknown error, sorry, something unexpected went wrong. Please try again.”

I have uninstalled and reinstalled like 20 times. I have over 50Gb of storage, I updated my iOS software and nothing has helped. I linked it to my apple account. Please help!

Hi,&nbsp;@miknwhit53&nbsp;Have you tried toggling WiFi off to see if you can connect on mobile data?Have you tried removing your WiFi network you're connecting to from your device and then re-added it? Rebooting your modem/router might help get around this error too.&nbsp;Sorry to hear about the trouble, let me know if that helps.&nbsp;

thanks for the reply,I have tried it on my cell data with same result. I haven’t removed the WiFi and added it back because the problem happened when I was on WiFi and on cell.&nbsp;
