- Anonymous11 years agoI won an auction at 140k coins at -15 sec. Then my game crashed. I logged back on only to find no player and a loss of 140k coins. All i wand is a refund. By the way my account name is SV_KOTVAL
- Also when it says I win an auction - I don't get the item. And no coins back

I've had the same problem, and went through the support link you listed, but I don't want to wait 45 minutes to chat with someone. I'd rather send an email/post in a support forum and have it fixed that way. - Anonymous11 years agoWhen I was bidding, I bid it went through, then the Auction House was not available when I went back, I was outbid. My 55k was gone even though I was not the highest bidder. I bid again but my coins did not return. It has been a day and a half. EA please return my 55k coins my name is Ted in the game

- Anonymous11 years agoI put up an elite cornerback today and I went to click on my auctions 5 minutes later to see if I had a bid and he was gone I restarted my phone and kept refreshing and he wasn't there

In response to the EA Community Manager -
That is all well and good, and thanks for the links. However, I have spent almost 2 1/2 hours just waiting to chat with an advisor on 2 separate occassions. On both occassions I made every effort to be very cordial and understanding. I was told the first time that I had to wait 24 hours (it had been 6 hours and I tried restarting the phone and the app) for the server to synchronize. Fine, but after 24 hours my coins were still gone and the player I had been bidding on had not appeared on my bench, so I waited/chatted again. I was told that I would have my case forwarded to game specialists so I would get an early response. I have no idea if it has actually been forwarded or not, since I have received zero confirmation of any action being taken. I am frustrated, and I know my 25,000 coins is not a great sum, but it has taken me over 2 days to re-aquire that amount. I would like to have my original 25,000 coins back at the very least.
I think the lack of a response is very disconcerting, and the incredibly long wait times to chat with someone is enough to flare up anyone's temper. One would think that a better method of resolving problems in-game like this would be much more stream-lined via the application, easier to access/find access to, and quicker to resolve. On top of the need for better communication via e-mail about the progress of the trouble ticket.
