Madden Mobile stuck on loading screen – Samsung Galaxy A25 5G (SM-A256E)

I am experiencing a problem with Madden Mobile on my Samsung Galaxy A25 5G (model SM-A256E). The game gets stuck on the loading screen and never progresses.

Here are the details:

Error code: None (just infinite loading screen)

Date/Time the issue started: Since last Thursday (August XX, 2025)

Device: Samsung Galaxy A25 5G, model SM-A256E, Android [your version]

Steps already tried:

Restarted device

Cleared cache and app data

Reinstalled the game from Google Play Store

Linked game to social account

Tried running the game with no other apps open

Additional info: The game works normally on other devices I tested, so the issue seems specific to the Galaxy A25 5G.
