Madden Mobile-won't load

this is rediculous.  we have been waiting for about a week now with the promise that an update would be coming in "days".  this, in combination with the auction glitch a few weeks ago, is very disappointing,

i've have a iPhone 6 and did the 9.02 update...then all hell broke loose.  it wouldn't load after the update, so i connect phone to itunes and did a backup, then deleted the app and reinstalled.  it for 3 days. not i'm stuck the main screen with 'kicking off'.     it's not loading any new content for the last 3 or 4 days.   

i've deleted the app again, and reinstalled, but that's not working.  

i thought it might be the connection with Facebook since i sign on with that.   Nope, i've uninstalled FB and MM, then reinstalled just MM.  Stuck at Kicking off.

i'm miffed what it can be....

and i just don't see the hi-volume of folks experiencing this, but clearly there is an issue after installing 9.02.

is there any better way to get a hold of EA Sports for help?  I haven't been able to open the game since the last update and have tried all the so called fixes except delete the game and restart.  I don't have a Facebook account for personal reasons, so I don't know if anything will actually be saved.  It would be nice to be able to talk with tech support like any other reputable company.  I can't seem to find any other way than to post here.  Maybe an update to fix the problem so many people seem to be having?

It's not just the iPad Air.  It's the same problem on the iPad 2.

When I play Madden Mobile, the title screen takes around 5 minutes to load when everyone else's takes less than a minute to load. This is the same thing for when loading live events, head to head matches, season games, etc...Why is that?
