Madden NFL Mobile can not support Galaxy S21 series

Dear EA.

I bought a new mobile phone "Galaxy S21+ 5G" and played Madden NFL Mobile but I was suprised at that Madden NFL Mobile has too many issue with the device.

When I used Galaxy S9+, there's no issue but the newest mobile phone has many many issues. Please check the issues below.

1. Black scree between plays.

: It is very old issue and there're already many threads.

2. Poor graphic issue. (Please see attachment.)

3. Poor Performance. (Please see attachment.)

: Even the device "Galaxy S21+ 5G" has better H/W spec than "Galaxy S9+", it can just use "High" option for quality as Maximum. It's the same as Galaxy S9+. Why?

Now I can use Ultra option finally. But helmet decal is still broken.

Dear.
The first issue "Black Screen" is very very strange.
It is only happening after run play. If I use "pass" play, it does not happen.
And LvL tournament game does not have that issue. This is also very strange.
Please check why the black screen issue happens after a run play.
I assumed this issue could be related with the mobile device issue but now I think it is App issue.

Dear EA.
Thanks a lot for fixing the first issue.
After updating the latest version today, there's no more black screen issue with my galaxy s21+.
However, the second and third issue are still remaining.
Something is changed but it's not perfect. Please refer to pics below.
I alao hope that I can use Ultra quality option in my galaxy s21+.

@shaky243 Does it show up like that for you on the field? Curious if it's a store display issue or both store and on the field.

As you can see, it happens on the field. But it happens on only this kind of screen.
In this case, it's fine.

@shaky243 We'll update this thread when a fix is pushed. In terms of a time-frame on when that will happen, I don't have any details to share at the moment.

As mentioned in the title, I'm facing black screen issues after each down and before I pick the play for the next down. I have tried uninstalling but the issues still persist.
Another issue that also happens is the helmets look weird in-game and the gameplay doesn't seem as smooth as my older, less powerful Android phone or my iPad. All these make the game literally unplayable in the most powerful Android phone in the market. Quite unacceptable. I would appreciate if the dev team looked at these issues, I'm sure I'm not the only one, I can see other reviewers on the Play Store, with the exact same device mentioning the issues.

My device: Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G EXYNOS edition.
