Missing gems

I had over 9500 gems in my acct and as soon as I logged out and logged back it I was missing exactly 4000 gems. I spoke to a member of the EA team and was advised to post on this site in order to get the issue rectified. This happened on December 8th 2020 between the hours of 4pm and 7 pm eastern standard time. Thanks for your help in resolving this issue

Hey, @Marine050899

I'm not sure why they directed you to come here to recover missing items, our forum staff cannot do that. If there was a bug in game, this is a great source to post it. I recommend contacting them again via in-game from Settings>Help>Submit a Missing Items case. It may have been some miscommunication on the Advisor's behalf, please try to explain in detail as best as you can what happened and request to have the team look where the missing gems went. Perhaps you spent it on something and forgot?

Mine is @EA_Blueberry but there are many on here!

Put in the body of your text @EA_ then Admin names will pop up! Just choose 1 and that tags them so they’ll directly respond to your post!
