Missing Team Training Points

I have been shorted Team Training Points for over a week when purchasing TTP’s with stamina, when I receive individual and league awards.  The only time I receive full TTP amounts is when I trade iconic players for TTP’s.  See the below screenshots.  

With the league reward shot, I should have received 130 TTP’s and only received 30 TTP’s.  With the purchase with stamina, I should have received 301 TTP’s and only received 74 TTP’s.  I contacted EA Help and they said that they could not validate my claim and suggested that I post it here on the EA forum where I might receive more help.  To date, I anticipate having lost over 15K TTP’s.  Thanks anyone for any assistance.
