Not geting money from auction-madden mobile

I sold my auction and when I went to go collect the coins it disappeared and I did not get any
technical issues

    I have merged all of your related threads here. 

    We are currently investigating this Auction House issue and will resolve ASAP.

    So I sold a Brandon cooks collectible on madden mobile for 60k and I didn't get the coins from the sold auction please help

    I currently dropped 12 grand on stacking up my O line. I am extremely mad and I want my money back.

    I had the same issue. Lost coins in auction. Never got player that I bid ok.

    I tried biding on players in auctions and it said I was outbid and never received my coins back.

    Same happened to me, I bid 50000 coins on an Antonio Brown card, time went to negative 20 seconds so I looked in my bids, nothing was there, looked in items, no Antonio Brown, and never got my 50000 coins back

    I lost coins because the game said I was outbid and never returned my coins.

    I purchased a Team item needed for Barry Sanders Thanksgiving for $275000 coins.  The clock ran out, but I never received the item, and my coins are gone.

    I had the same thing today with an OT at 37000 coins. No "claim item" given for the player after bidding ended and my coins are gone.

    I just lost my coins and the player I was bidding on..now I'm down 55k coins and a solid player at a great deal.

    Lost players and items after not selling in the auction. Also lost 30000 coins after getting bid back. Please fix
