Not geting money from auction-madden mobile

I sold my auction and when I went to go collect the coins it disappeared and I did not get any

    Please help man , I was told to wait 24 hours its been 48 . ive been very patient and created this thread for help and nothing has been done at all please help. Username excaliber81

    Are u gonna help me man u said 24 hours its been 48 I've been patient. Please help I'm scared to bid now or sell in auction so I don't lose out on even more i got scr.ewed man , HELP please

    Based on what you say the issue is resolved.  Iam still missing coins or the auctions items should have won.  Had ticket opened but they closed it since was larger issue.  I have waited for a week and not logged into my account for over 24 hours as suggested. Still not resolved.

    Lost 37,600 coins after bidding on curtis lofton (89). Bidding ended and went to -20 seconds before i refreshed the page. Someone else ended up getting him, and i lost all my coins. 

    Happened on 12/17/2015 at around 10:40pm.

    Occurred on account rveets1416 account.

    I have encountered the same issue with my account. I had bids in on ndamukong suh (96 ovr) and 2 James Harrison (96) for a total of 1.2 million coins.  I opened a case and was told that although they were able to verify my claim as valid, they are only able to reimburse 100k in coins.  I have spent a reasonably large amount of money on this game and cannot begin to explain how angry I am at this lack of service.

    In my last contact (I finally called after getting nowhere in the chat sessions) I was told by a customer service supervisor that they would escalate the case for further review.  Within minutes of hanging up the call I received email notification that the case had been closed.  So basically, the supervisor flat lied to me to get me off the phone. 


    I can't believe a company like EA would treat their customers like this.  I have been a loyal Madden enthusiast for years, buying a new copy for my Xbox every year for at least the last 10.  Posting in the forum is my last effort.  If EA doesn't respond to this and resolve my issue, I'm done with you.  I will also be contacting my credit card company to have them reverse the charges for my app purchases as a fraudulent charge since I do not have the content I purchased.

    Amen! You would think such a trial test would have been carefully done.  It's far from a tedious or difficult test to implement! EA ran the test. My guess is....they knew of the flaw, glitch.

    Now! Every human being is naturally greedy. Some greed...or rather, certain aspects of greed, or being greedy...is good. However, the shameless greed of EA  is an unwashable, incurable stain on the integrity of the company.
