Not receiving players and madden cash after in app purchase

I bought 2 different 29.99 Madden mobile season promos. The first one I purchased, I received all the items except the 132 Ovr Darren Waller player. I reported but but still haven’t received. I made the season 3 promotion today and it said I would receive x2 madden cash, x2 coins and a132 ovr Bosa. I only received the regular amount of coins and madden cash. I did not receive the Bosa. Very upset. I deleted the app then redownloaded and the missing players, coins, and cash are still not there.

We can't help with missing content over AHQ, so if you've still not received this, it will need to be reported to the live support team so they can review your account and see what's happened.

I bought the field pass but didn't receive my Joey bosa I got the 2500 madden cash that's it

Me too just bought it never got the bosa card and that link they gave isn't working.

So you can't help us get the stuff we paid your company for? That in game link is broken doesn't work. So you're basically telling us you just robbed us for 30 bucks.
