Players disappearing mid-play

I realize this sounds absurd, but several times I’ve experienced where my player (or sometimes ALL players) suddenly disappear. This has happened on kick off returns, normal play, and also on PAT. On PAT it’s even worse because not only do the players disappear but I’m not able to do ANYTHING. The game is not frozen, I simply cannot do anything. Of course my only way out is to FC which causes a forfeit. This has happened MULTIPLE times.

Sure enough... just happened to me again. Twice. I screen recorded it so I have proof. Should I upload to this message??

What type of device are you playing on and have you ran through basic app troubleshooting steps at all? (re-installing app, restarting device, checking for updates).

Have you tried adjusting the graphical slider in the Settings to see if that has any effect?

Device is iPhone 8+, all iOS updates applied. Ran through all the basic trouble shooting, including reinstalling the app.
Also reduced the graphical slider and even turned off all sound FX. Still experiencing the problem.
Is there an easy way for me to share the screen cap video with you?

Does it happen when you're running a recording program in the background or other apps running while you're playing?

No - I'm not recording in the background or running anything else. I do the recording of the replay, or in one situation (where I can't play anymore) I start the recording after the issue already happens.

Thank you! This appears to be a known issue that's being looked into. Does it only happen near the red zone for you?

Any chance of getting anything since I ended up losing 2 tournament tickets because of lost (forfeited) drives?
