Hi all. Within the last couple of days, when I enter a head to head match or an arena match, the screen goes black except for the red circle where my player is at. It then freezes the game.consistently. anyone else having this issue? I'm using Pixel 6 Pro running Android 12.

Can you go to your visual settings under preferences and lower your graphics? That should help fix this.

Does this still happen if you delete the app and re-install?
As long as you log into the game with Google, Apple, or Facebook you won't lose your progress.
Yes, it still does it. I have uninstalled/reinstalled several times in the last week but I still get the black screen

That fixed it. I had to reduce from ultra to high, and it now works. Thanks for your help!
It's that really the only solution? Game play is horrendous on high with Pixel 6 Pro. It's choppy as hell. EA needs to make sure their game.works with the Google Tensor processor.
I have the exact same issue. When ever I play Ultimate team or Seasons, I have an unusual back screen. And I also have a Google pixel 6, it's been happening for a couple days now.
Yes it still happens when uninstalling and deleting cache and reinstalling. Only started happening today for me since the update for pro bowl events
