Step Up Iconic Bug

Ok so I’m Mikey3108. I just did the whole step up offers that were offered today. I did the guaranteed iconic one and I didn’t get an iconic! What is up with that? It worked perfectly for the ghost step up. But now it didn’t work for the regular. Someone please help. I don’t know what to do. I just want my guaranteed iconic.
