Unable to auction players

Initially I was able to successfully auction my players. However, now When I try to auction a player my only option is to sell them. The auction button is there, but does not allow me to select it. Help please.

All of a sudden I haven't been able to post any players or collectables on auction and i don't know why. I thought maybe I had posted to many but after all my auctions ended I was still unable to post anything. I tried rebooting the app but no luck. Does anyone have a solution for this please? I am unable to sell or post any kind of player or collectible into the auction house. The game just won't let me auction anything, and it's been like this for a few weeks now. Anyone else have the same problem????
