@maked1 We understand downloading Origin may be a workaround for issues at the moment but we highly recommend avoiding that. Once that is turned off, players won't be able to use that so this won't be considered a solution any longer.
Go to the install folder for the DLC, and delete all of the DLC folders. C:\Program Files\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\DLC - Depending on installation it may be different
Delete Windows Temp Files
- Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
- Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
- Delete everything it allows you to delete
- Reboot the PC
Delete all content from your trash
Repair the EA client/Steam game
Log back in, download all DLC again
