She had an exotic sensitive vibe about her. Then they sort of ... cartoonized the whole thing. And why? Even God knows not. The same why they thought it was a good idea spending 20-30 seconds to zoom between places when navigating around systems without being able to skip it? You know, these sort of decisions which felt like were made by interpreting the sounds echoing from a toilet?

They're quick to ninja patch things that are exploits, but something game breaking gets thrown onto the back burner. - Anonymous8 years ago
I wonder if they'll make some improvements upon some gameplay features, something that seems to be not impossible and which I think everyone happens to agree it could be done. For example, making AVP retrievable from other points or making it possible our team could retrieve it on their own. I think the greatest majority concurred it would be a positive improvement, and not extravagant either. Just a better design.
Another thing is the crafting. I find it strange that we can deconstruct equipment in the middle of nowhere, but we are not capable or just recycling and re-crafting a stronger version of an equipment by providing just the additional materials required, instead of spending the whole set of materials again. Albeit they provided logical meaning to the recycle and reuse of materials by deconstructing things, they make it pointless by stressing the unability to do the same regarding equipment improvement. The same for being forced to spend research points for each level, instead of being able to research and craft for a stronger version. Sometimes I wonder if directing our research points to the aspects of the equipment we wanted to improve would be a nice take on it all.

I feel for you, really. You should have been the one to have opened this thread, actually. Not anytime too soon in your case. And the others that have the same issue, as you have pointed out.

Whine a little more, wont'cha? You only just managed to completely destroy the future of this game, who knows what more you can accomplish with the endless stupid whining about the littlest, stupidest stuff.
ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?

In one of the tweets announcing 1.06 one of the devs said they are going right into 1.07 - so i am hoping its out in the next 2 weeks as opposed to a month like the last one..
...I have said this a number of times, but man - this game could have been sooo good at launch and received much better reviews if EA just gave/let Bioware have 2-3 extra months of dev time. There would have been none of the bad press about the lip syncing/animations and they could have effectively released as 1.07 being 1.00 if you get my drift... \
While some people may not really care - there was an article i read today saying Mass Effect is on hiatus - meaning no sequel to this or a new ME game for quite a while, beyond the normal 2-4 year or so dev time... This is directly related to poor sales which is directly related to poor reviews which is a direct result of bugs/issues which is directly related to EA being greedy and not giving Bioware enough time...This sux so bad as ME is seriously one of my favourite game series ever, and it seems EA has totally messed this up...
I hope the talk of Hiatus is wrong or blown out of proportion - i hope there will be another ME in 2-3 years (even if they chill back on the open world/scope and go back to a more focused (but still non-linear) style like ME2)
Back on track ... I think/hope patch 1.07 will be out in about 2 weeks...
(I freaking love ME:A - Just not how EA has handled the situation)
That article: http://www.pcgamer.com/report-mass-effect-on-hiatus-bioware-montreal-transitioning-to-a-support-studio/
The word "hiatus" does scare me a bit and definitely disappoints me. It seems as if they are re-allocating employees from Bioware Montreal to work on Star Wars Battlefront 2. I think this will definitely impact any DLC coming out this year, but hopefully the staff that remains will still be working on patching the game.
Even with the luke warm reception MEA received at launch, I can't imagine them completely abandoning the ME universe. I really love MEA, and I agree that if they had taken (or been allowed to take) another 2 or 3 months before launch, MEA would have gotten a better reception.

I don't know what you mean? In what way is he whining? He is just telling his opinion and making some suggestions. And is he destroying the future of the game?
In my opinion people can tell their opinion, wishes and suggestions even when they are entertained by a game or enjoyed it.
But I don't want to start a fight, I am just curious, because I really don't know where he is whining. But thats your opinion and thats ok.- Anonymous8 years ago

A lot of the earlier cut scenes are looking much better now than they did at release.
A good example is at the very start in the hyperion when the relay blows - theres smoke everywhere now, it looks good.
1.05 also made the models look better and 1.06 has tweaked the animations a lot.. smiles are even almost looking like smiles- the one thing they could never do in any of the games.
