5K Graphical Bug

The below image is what ME1 looks like on my Odyssey G9 5K monitor. It's almost always like that with there being some percent of the left side of the screen double exposed from what is on the center of the screen or something. Anyone know why this is? It goes away if I drop to 4K or below. I assume it hates the super ultrawide ratio of my monitor.
