I tried this for over an hour on H-047C. I kept dying over and over and no matter what suggestions or guides I followed.
Also can't get the long jump for Ryder regardless of where I try it and how I do it. Wrote both off as impossible to get and a waste of time.
It is funny to listen to your companions scream as the Nomad goes over the edge of the cliff though. 😉
It's easy to do with an upgraded nomad and a controller. The video posted before shows how to do it. Take the jump from the cliff at full speed, keep the nomad nose up by keeping the left analogue stick down and spam turbo and jump quickly.
But impossible to get with just the mouse and keyboard. Nice... ☹️
Yeah, I haven't been able to get it with mouse and keyboard either. Might have to hook up a controller just to get the achievement. It's at these moments I wish I wasn't OCD about finding everything in game and getting all SP achievements... ☹️

I have a fully upgraded Nomad and I've lost count of how many times I've tried it. Best time is around 20 seconds before I crash and die. Guess this Grandma has to miss one. It's just unattainable for me.
