Hi mate, this is a self-help forum and unfortunately none of us here can check your account as you want.
But I've had your issue before with "From Ashes" DLC giving the same error and it was quickly solved by contacting an EA Support Advisor (https://help.ea.com/contact-us), who was able to confirm that the DLC was legitimate on my account after I told them of the error and confirmed my Origin account information.
Big tip though: make sure you can answer your Origin Security Question. Don't be a foolish git like me and make it so obscure and cryptic that you need a solid five minutes to remember it after looking at everything around your desk. :P

I have similar issues with different DLCs for three weeks in row now. It was always related to the commendation packs. Whenever i redeemed one, something was broken in the account and could only be fixed by the EA support hotline, since the chat people seem to have limited means to repair it.
In case of the "From the Ashes", i got a new code from the support entered it in origin and everything was fine again. For the other DLCs which don´t have a code it´s much more complicated.
