I've been trying to use the Galaxy at War function at N7HQ to improve my galactic readiness. I've been using the function since before it was a website, so I'm very familiar with how it works. I haven't used it in the last year, however. Now that I'm trying, it says Server Unavailable, try again later. I've gone to the Support page and tried re-syncing my account multiple times. It doesn't solve the problem. I've checked forums going back years with the same issues, the most recent being from 2018. Everyone's issues seemed to have been resolved after re-syncing their accounts, but mine still remains in this condition. Is anyone else experiencing this more recently than 2018? If so, how were you able to fix it if re-syncing didn't work? With COVID-19 creating issues, I understand support isn't as readily available.

@All For me the accesses to the "Galaxy at War" data is working again, in game as well as on the N7HQ website. Can anyone confirm?

@EA_Kent for PS4. I've been using the N7 Support website / app these last few days. But only this morning I'm getting an error saying can't connect to EA servers. Attached a screenshot (error still showing as of 11.55am GMT+1)

Yup. This is different than what was happening yesterday but I imagine it's still frustrating for people. At least it appears to be verifying the DLC so single player should still be an option.

I wasn't sure what the error meant so not taking a chance on playing the single player in case it affects my save.

I've been having the exact same problem. I used the N7 HQ website just last night and it was working fine, now all of a sudden it's not working. When I open ME3 it says it's connected to EA Servers, but above the Galaxy at War "laptop" it says "Load Failed. Cannot connect time server". I've re-synced my account from the website, logged in and out of origin, repaired my game, and even restarted my computer. Still nothing. Is this a me problem or an EA problem?

Hey y'all, I'm having this problem now too in April of 2020, I don't know how y'all are going about fixing it, I've tried all the above "fixes" but it seems like it comes down to being behind the scenes or something. I'm playing on Xbox one with a hard copy of the game, I'm in the US Midwest region, my account name is "SecretAgentP XD". I just wanna know how to fix this, N7HQ was working just fine for me yesterday and I woke up today and now both it and my in game map are offline.

I've been replaying the Mass Effect series again, this time on PS3 as I not longer use my Xbox.
N7HQ had been working fine up til a couple of days ago, then it started saying "server unavailable". I have 5 missions ready to collect the reward of, and now in game, instead of being 80% ready, it's reverted to 50% ready.
I've tried resynching and logging back in. Doesn't work.
Downloaded all MP maps and restarted the console. Didn't work.
Tried completing Tuchanka (that I was half way through) and then saving the game. Restarting the game and the app. Didn't work.
Tried restarting my modem and then the console, didn't work.
Tried resynching the app whilst the game was running in the menu.
Disconnecting from the EA servers and using a manual command on the PS3 to connect to them then resynching the app. Doesn't work.
Is there anyway to get the server to work?
What's more frustrating is that I logged in to my old Xbox account and that is working fine. Lets me start missions and collect the reward.

Got same issue for PS3. It was working fine and then went to "server unavailable".
I had an old account for Xbox and tried it on there. it was working and now that account has the same issue. Where I can't recall my fleet.

Update.
My Xbox account now has the exact same problem where I am unable to collect the reward for missions.

@SAgentP I've got the exactly same problem on PC, with a digital copy in Germany since yesterday. 2 days ago the game said that the ea servers are down, but since yesterday I'm connected to the servers and can play mp but GoW doesn't works.
