Am I Missing Something? Liam Loyalty Mission (Possible Spoiler)

I need at least 3 outpost (EOS should be done by default)

So 2 more outposts

Just cleared Havarld + Kadara, BOOM Liam Email me

In my first run, i didn't skip Voeld and Havarl so naturally Liam Email me after Aya

I thought that Liam Quest just another side quest about clearing outposts in the game 

I'm only in my second playthrough right now but in my first, Liam waited until the last possible moment to give me his loyalty mission. I assumed it was because I never really talk to him or use him in missions. I had all 5 outpost planets at 100% for the longest time before he finally asked me to go on his wreck of a mission.

Some of Liam's quest is also tied to having done Jaals.

He is a complicated character 😲😲 thats why I love him. Now if only his romance was one but thats another matter.

I had alll my outpost done and the loyalty mission for Liam was a complete mess. Nothing worked so I just deleted it and went back to the rest of the game. This is what happens when EA never checks the games for bugs.
