Andromeda multiplayer "you have lost your connection to the session" (PC)

So I have been playing Andromeda for quite some time, but now that I tried to join multiplayer i got the error "you have lost you connection to the game session". it pops up more than 80% of the time...

        Vallkov​ I see nothing on the account causing that error. When you log into the EA app, is that the EA ID you see?
