Yep! This is happening for me too. I had loaded a save during this mission. This is a bug that was in the original game too. It's disgraceful that it wasn't patched for this re-release.
Spot on! A remastered edition should be fully polished. The fact that it needs patches is kinda a joke and not what people have paid for.
