hey guys I buy a premium spectre pack twice with money of psn account and nothing happen it said cant process the buy but I have on my email the two receipt of my purchase plis someone help I dont want to loose 6 $ is a pain to buy something that dont work

You will need to contact an EA Game Advisor.
To do so:
Go to https://help.ea.com/
Log in with your Origin account.
Click on "Contact us"
On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on Go.
Chose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform".
Select the available Contact method of your choice.
