[Bug] Citadel: Hanar Diplomat
After activating the last terminal I went to take some pictures in the refugee docks for the documentary guy, then back to the embassies. Jondum isn't there to interact with, though the map shows that he should be.

It hope you have a save from before you started the Hanar Diplomat mission. It is a known bug in the OT that completing other side quests in between starting and finishing the HD quest leads to this bug. In order to complete Jondums quest, you have to do his mission in one go.
I'm afraid that this bug hasn't been fixed in LE.
