I’ve been having the same issues. The only thing that seems to sometimes work is saving before every conversation, sometimes the dialogue will cutoff and sometimes it won’t. Especially annoying during cutscenes and important dialogue omg. I hope they patch this soon as I’m new to the series and would not like to experience ME2 and ME3 with the same issues.
- @EA_Atic I'm also on Windows 10, using a USB wired headset and having the game audio configured accordingly.
After reaching Feros, I noticed this issue for the first time. E.G. in the dialog with Calantha and Hollis Blake, several lines were prematurely cut off. This is reproducible.
I'm on stereo speakers, using Realtek High Definition Audio.
Edit: The rest of the dialogue after this encounter seems to be normal, so only the first dialogue with the Blakes has some issues.
I have that problem on pc and ME1, the dialogues are cut at the end or I dont have sound or worse start late and mix with other dialogues. I dont know what to do. ☹️

I'm seeing this happen in ME3 as well, especially during Kasumi's mission. All but 2 dialogues that Shepard said was cut off at the end of her talking and she never finished what she was saying.

@EA_Atic do you know if this has been reported to the team responsible for patches/updates? Lots of people here and on Reddit are having this issue, and I've actually set the game aside because I can't continue with this bug going on
Same here. I’m running it on an Xbox One X with the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 headset. I think I’m just going to not play it until it’s patched.

I'm having this issue too. Turning off surround sound fixed the audio popping but not the dialogue getting cut off. My sound card is just identified as Realtek Audio in Device Manager, and according to DxDiag the driver is RTKVHD64.sys with a version number of 6.0.1.8642. May be Dell or Intel-specific.
Did you use high frequency with your sound system ?
Someone founds that over 48 kHz, you have problems......
Some people like to set sound to 96 kHz or more (if you have quality speakers, it really makes a difference, yes....).....

I have emailed EA as none of their reps have responded to this message, and on other threads about this error type, EA stops responding and never says that this is being looked into and worked on by the developers. Frustrating.
