[BUG] EDI has skills on long cooldown after reload

I've noticed that every time I get wiped with EDI in the party, after reload, all her skills are on a rather long cooldown.  Most of the time, this is only a minor irritation, since you can just wait...

I have exactly the same problem.

Really bad when you are relying on EDI's Overload, e.g. in the Atlas Fight on Sur'Kesh (which starts immediately after loading, and you can't use Overload for 10+ seconds).
