[BUG] Hand placement for every call animation is incorrect

Every time the "finger to ear" animation plays for a character communicating to someone else their hand is noticeably far away from their head. It looks terrible and it's distracting every time I see...

Bumping with another example of what this looks like. They look like they're trying to communicate by checking the wind direction.
