[BUG] Hand placement for every call animation is incorrect

Every time the "finger to ear" animation plays for a character communicating to someone else their hand is noticeably far away from their head. It looks terrible and it's distracting every time I see...

This has been really bothering me too, it looked way better in the original games

Bumping with another example. This occurs in both ME2 and ME3, but the animation is used far more frequently in the latter.
