[BUG] Hand placement for every call animation is incorrect

Every time the "finger to ear" animation plays for a character communicating to someone else their hand is noticeably far away from their head. It looks terrible and it's distracting every time I see...

Man this is, this is terrible. @holger1405 if this is what passes for a "Legendary Edition" Remaster (ME1 was wonderfully remastered) then I don't want any more in fact, are members of this patchwork working on the new ME game?
