[BUG] [ME1] Romance bug, locked into romance

This bug existed in vanilla ME1 as well.

My character got stuck in a relationship with Liara despite consistently rejecting her advances. I saw on Twitter that old and new players alike had the exact same problem and were confused by it. It would be nice if this could be fixed.

What happens: Liara asks if there is something between Shepard and Ashley. Shepard says no. Then Liara asks if there is something between her and Shepard. Shepard says no. Romance happens.

What should happen: Not that.
