I remember this being an error in the OG Mass Effect 2 so no clue if it will get addressed.

    @ediskrad327 I've a feeling you're right. Probably just an oversight both times. Flagging anyway in the hopes they fix it.

    They changed the councilors' names in the subtitles of ME1, so this does seem like something that can be fixed.
