Replayed this mission with Grunt and Mordin, same issue. Mordin has a follow-up comment, but the camera cuts to Grunt. This video demonstrates the issue.
This is on Xbox One.
Seems it does happen with only certain squadmate combinations. On a third playthrough of this mission I had Zaeed and Jack, and it correctly cut to Jack for her follow-up comment.
Thus far:
Tali + Garrus -- Incorrect
Grunt + Mordin -- Incorrect
Jack + Zaeed -- Correct
