Yeah they really should have done a workaround as this happens on the console versions as well and we can no longer transfer that bonus power to ME3.
Same in ME1LE, bonus power not showing up in UI, so cannot be used in combat.
Games are riddled with bugs, so much infact, that i'm thinking of playing the original games instead of the Legendary Edition.
Got crashes, missing bonus powers, mouse and keyboard temporary unresponsiveness, teleporting NPC's vanishing right before my eyes and more.
The code is all messed up, and fixes aren't coming fast enough for me..
