This and the botched opening scene of ME2 really bug me. I'm afraid no more bug fixes are coming, though. It's been too long.

Your choices aren't acknowledged in dialog. It cuts a line from Miranda, and one of the Illusive Man's lines is awkwardly replaced by a less fitting one that's also used a bit later in the game.
