Quick bug report: I just started a new game in ME2 with my imported ME1 character. After the prologue sequence, I was asked if I wanted to view the interactive comic, and I selected yes (??) - I'm not sure I should've seen that prompt? Anyways, as soon as it got to the slide about choosing between Ash and Liara, the comic just stopped and then the Lazarus cinematic played immediately.
Not game-breaking but weird.
I saw that too. Elected to not view it. But it is available to those who went straight in to playing ME2
You have always had access to the comic with an imported save since the original, it allows for you to make retroactive changes to past decisions like your Love Interest and who you chose to represent the Human Council.
I also experienced a fade to black before the Love Interest choice. I accidentally entered a relationship with a character I didn't want in the first game, and I was counting on changing that for ME2
The fade to black is suspect because it looks intentional, but if no choices can be made, then it defeats the purpose of being an "interactive" comic, also it's witholding content in the form of extra art and dialogue.
