[BUG REPORT] Mass effect 1 Completionist Trophy/Achievement

Hi, I just completed the game with about 49 assignment done and all the Main quest bringing the total to 68 total quest (Sadly I cant really do more since im blocked out of the citadel in my playtrou...

I'm in the exact same situation as you, 49 assignments, can't do more since I'm locked out of the citadel and the trophy didn't appear

Hey, sorry to bring bad news but I had to restart a game to get it. Decided to restart with the easiest difficulty and followed this guide https://masseffect.fandom.com/wiki/Completionist_Achievement_Guide
I got it about 4-5 mission into the UNC list.
