Additional Bug: Impossible to complete Geth Incursion missions due to Bug on planet Rayingri:
Geth Drop ship becomes stuck in the sky above the overrun base. It doesn't spawn additional enemies and also does not leave, preventing the mission from completing.
Leaving and coming back, reloading prior saves, and relaunching the game all have not solved the issue.
